Chateau La Borie x The Palm, 16 May 7pm

For one night only, we are joined by the proprietor of Chateau La Borie, Raphael Knapp, who produces some of our favourite wines here at The Palm.

Located in the southern part of the Rhône Valley (a region with an ancient wine-growing tradition) vintners have been making wine at Chateau La Borie for over two centuries.

Raphael will be providing a history of the Chateau as well as details on the organic practices they use to produce their wines today. 

He will then take guests through five different wines, which will include some cracking bottles from The Palm's wine list as well as some additions, which will be available to taste exclusively during the tasting.

The event will provide an informal guided wine tasting in a relaxed setting. Perfect for self-professed oenophiles and those who just enjoy a very good glass of wine! 

A selection of cured meats and cheese will also be available to order alongside our usual menu.
